ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee is a statutory body established by the State Legal Services Authority. The Committee provides free legal services to needy persons and conducts mediation programmes in Delhi. The Committee has released the notification inviting applications for the empanelment of Advocates and Mediators.
DURATION:
1st January, 2025 to 31st December, 2027 (2 years period).
NO. OF VACANCIES:
Criminal Panel-I: 20 positions
Criminal Panel-II: 35 positions
Matrimonial Panel: 15 positions
Labour Panel: 15 positions
Civil Panel: 25 positions
Jail Visiting Panel: 45 positions
Mediator Panel: 20 positions
DEADLINE:
The online applications shall be submitted by 11th July, 2024 till 5:00 pm.
ELIGIBILITY:
Criminal Panel- I
Minimum 10 years experience at bar as of 31 May, 2024.
Criminal Panel- II, Matrimonial Panel, Labour Panel, Civil Panel
Minimum 5 years experience at bar as on 31 May, 2024.
Jail Visiting Panel
Minimum 3 years experience at bar as on 31 May, 2024.
Mediator Panel
Minimum 3 years experience at bar and 40 hrs of mediator training as on 31 May, 2024.
HOW TO APPLY?
The Advocate shall submit an online application through the official website by 11th July 2024 till 5:00 pm.
Application for empanelment to only one panel shall be submitted.
Confirmation of online application submission will be intimated via email within 48 hrs.
The applicant shall also submit the hard copy of the application form and documents at the DHCLSC office by 18th July, 2024 till 5:00 pm.
