About Parul University
The Parul University National Moot Court Competition (PUNMCC) is a prestigious annual event hosted by the Faculty of Law at Parul University. Established to cultivate future legal professionals, the competition provides a platform for participants to develop clinical legal skills through the examination of constitutional matters. This year’s edition explores the intersection of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and the Indian Constitution.
Objective
Promote Constitutional Discourse: Encourage and elevate the discussion of constitutional law among undergraduate law students.
Enhance Legal Insight: Deepen participants' understanding of contemporary legal issues and the application of constitutional principles.

Justice J.C. Upadhyaya: Former Justice, High Court of Gujarat.
Justice S.G. Shah: Former Justice, High Court of Gujarat.
Additional prominent legal experts will also contribute their expertise.
Competition Schedule
11 September: Exchange of memorials and casting of lots.
12 September: Preliminary Rounds & Quarter Final Rounds.
13 September: SemiFinal and Final Rounds.
14 September: Prize Distribution during the Inauguration of Samvidhan Pe Charcha.
Registration
Fee: Rs. 2,000 per team.

Winner: Trophy + Rs. 1,00,000.
RunnersUp: Trophy + Rs. 50,000.
Best Advocate Appellant: Trophy + Rs. 25,000.
Best Advocate Respondent: Trophy + Rs. 25,000.
Best Memorial: Trophy + Rs. 20,000.
Best Researcher Appellant: Trophy + Rs. 15,000.
Best Researcher Respondent: Trophy + Rs. 15,000.
