About The Opportunity

Moot court competitions are integral to legal education, providing a platform for law students to develop essential skills in a simulated courtroom environment. These competitions mimic real court proceedings, allowing students to argue hypothetical cases as either appellants or respondents. The primary purpose of moot court competitions is to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, enhancing students' understanding of legal processes and advocacy. Keeping in view the above purpose Pendekanti Law College has been organizing National Moot Court Competition in memory of the founder Sri Pendekanti Venkata Subbaiah garu, from time to time.
