Founded in 2015, Khemka & Associates is a renowned law firm based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. They have expertise in handling criminal defense cases with specialization in Criminal law, Family & Juvenile law including Domestic Violence and Divorce Proceedings, Civil and Property law. The firm is inviting applications for the internship at its office.

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
No. of Positions: 2
Duration: 3 months
Stipend: Rs 15,000 at the end of internship
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Education:
Law students currently in their 3rd year and onwards of 5 year Law course or 2nd yr and onwards of the 3 year law course.
2. Skills:
a. Efficient in legal research
b. Basic knowledge of drafting petitions etc.
c. Proficiency in using MS Word, etc
d. Good communication skills
e. Effective time management abilities
[Preference will be given to those having at least one prior internship experience.]
Tasks:
1. Assistance in legal research and drafting legal documents.
2. Observing proceedings and assisting lawyers in court.
3. Administrative support like filing, documentation, etc.
