JOB OPPORTUNITY AT C&S PARTNERS, NEW DELHI
ABOUT:
C&S Partners is a legal services firm based in New Delhi. The firm aims to provide practical and innovative strategies which best suit the needs of the clients. They possess more than 3 decades experience in practicing law. Their current work split of the team is about 60% arbitration, 30% IBC and NCLT related litigation, 10% other commercial litigation. The firm is inviting applications for the position of an Advocate at their firm.
LOCATION:
New Delhi
ELIGIBILITY:
Any advocate with Post qualification experience of 2- 3 years in commercial litigation and arbitration.
Must be dedicated to his/her work and able to deliver the work before the deadline.
Must have great command over the English language with a good knowledge of laws related to arbitration, contract, IBC and other commercial laws.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assistance to the team to work on drafts and research work.
The advocate may be required to travel outside Delhi to attend court matters and arbitration proceedings.
