About the Practice Development Team:

1. The Practice Development Team at NDA advances the firm's strategic goals by:

2. Developing and implementing business strategies,

3. Monitoring clients, competitors, and industry trends,

4. Creating thought leadership content (research papers, publications, etc.),

5. Coordinating business development initiatives with international teams,

6. Designing responses to RFPs, pitches, and presentations,

7. Managing content for legal directories and industry awards (Chambers, Legal 500, IFLR1000).
