Aim of the Internship

1. Provide handson experience in corporate and commercial law.

2. Strengthen research, drafting, and analysis skills.

3. Offer exposure to highlevel legal work, including advisory for startups.

4. Help interns develop problem solving and critical thinking abilities through practical assignments.

Location and Duration

• November 2024: 1 Physical Internship (inoffice), 1 Virtual Internship.

• December 2024: 2 Virtual Internships.

• Physical Location: 1201, 12th Floor, B08, GD ITL Tower, Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi 110034.

• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

• Stipend: This is an unpaid internship.

Internship Responsibilities

Interns will be responsible for:

1. Assisting attorneys with legal research, document review, and drafting.

2. Preparing legal memos, briefs, and other key documents.

3. Attending client meetings and court proceedings (where applicable).

4. Contributing to firm projects and legal advisory services, especially in corporate and commercial transactions.

5. Developing professional skills in legal writing, research, and critical analysis.

Eligibility

The internship is open to law students who:

• Are currently enrolled in a recognized law degree program (JD/LLB).

• Possess a strong academic background and proficient research skills.

• Have excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Are able to thrive in a fastpaced legal environment.

• Have proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
