ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP:

ALG India Law Offices LLP, founded in 2000, is a top- tier law firm. The firm specializes in intellectual property laws and litigation. It has its offices in New Delhi and Hyderabad. The firm offers a full- time internship programme which is open throughout the year. The internship is divided into two categories- Patents and General IP.

DURATION:

The internship is for one month starting from the first working day of the month till the last working day.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:

The firm offers three types of internships:

1. Pre- Final Year Internship-

• Open for students in the pre final year of their law degree.

• Students may apply 12 months before entering pre- final year till one month before completion of pre- final year.

2. Final Year (Follow- On) Internship-

• Students in their final year who already did a pre- final year internship in the firm and have a letter of recommendation for this internship are eligible for this internship.

• May apply till one month before exiting the final year.

• Stipend is of Rs 12,500/-.

3. Final Year (Regular) Internship:

• Students in the final year who didn’t previously interned at the firm may apply.

• The duration is one month.

TASKS:

• Legal drafting, research and legal representations.

• Analyzing documents and preparing briefs.

• Interns are required to submit one 400 word legal scholarship piece.
