About IMS Unison University
IMS Unison University (IUU), a constituent of the Unison Education Foundation, was established in 1996 as the Institute of Management Studies. After making significant contributions to higher education, the Government of Uttarakhand granted approval in 2013 to establish it as IMS Unison University. With a legacy spanning over 25 years, the university takes pride in its pioneering history, distinguished present, and promising future.
Mode and Venue:
Offline , At the campus of School of Law, IMS UNISON UNIVERSITY, Dehradun.
Eligibility:
The competition is open for Students pursuing three/five years L.L.B Degree Course from recognized law college/ University in India, subject to fulfilment of the registration formalities. The participants are inclusive of L.L.M students as well.
Team Composition:
a. Each team should consist of 3 members.
b. There shall be 2 speakers and 1 researcher designated for each team.
Awards:
Winner: ₹21,000
Runner-Up: ₹12,000
Best Mooter: ₹4,000
Best Researcher: ₹3,000
Best Memorial (Respondent): ₹3,000
Best Memorial (Petitioner): ₹3,000
All participants will be awarded participation certificates
NOTE: In addition to the cash prizes, the winning team will receive a one-year complimentary subscription to SCC Online Web Edition.
The runner-up team will be granted a one-year complimentary subscription to EBC Learning. Furthermore, all participants will benefit from one month of access to the SCC Online Web Edition.

Inaugural, draw of lots, Exchange of memorials : 19th September, 2024
Researcher Test and Preliminary Rounds: 19th September, 2024
Quarter Finals and Semi-finals : 20th September,2024
Final Round and Valedictory Ceremony: 21st September, 2024

How to Register-
To confirm participation, teams of every Institution should register themselves as per schedule mentioned above. The registration process consists of the following two step:
Step 1: Each team is required to fill the details in the Google Form for the purpose of registration. The link-https://forms.gle/jkfTMRt6syTPv62H6
Step 2: Each team is required to send the scanned copy of the NEFT/IMPS/UPI transaction details to e-mail ID - sol.mootcourt@iuu.ac by September 8, 2024. Subject of the mail should bear "Registration for IMS UNISON UNIVERSITY 11º National Moot Court Competition 2024
