Kangana Ranaut Bollywood Actress who recently won election from Mandi Lok Sabha, was allegedly slapped by CISF (Central Industrial Security Force) Woman Constable during security check-in at Chandigarh Airport. The constable Kulwinder Kaur said that she hit Kangana because of statement she made during the farmers protest in 2020. A video is surfacing on the internet. In the video Kulwinder can be heard saying “Isne bayaan diya tha na 100-100 rupye ke liye baithi hain vahan pe. Ye baithi thi vahan pe? Meri ma baithi thi vahan pe jab isne bayaan diya tha. (She had stated that women have joined farm protests for Rs 100. Was she there? My mother was sitting there.)”
CISF Constable comes from a family of farmers and she was suspended for this action and a case is also filed against her.
Ms. Kaur Constable in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), referred to widely criticized and crude comment made by Ms. Kangana Ranaut on X (then Twitter) in 2020. This occurred during the peak. It was a nationwide protest. Farmers opposed three contentious farm laws passed by the central government. In her social media post. Ms. Ranaut tweeted about an elderly woman seen at one of the protests. She implied the woman was "available for ₹100." The tweet sparked significant public outrage. It led to its eventual deletion.
After reaching Delhi Kangana posted a video on her social media handle talking about "rising terrorism in Punjab."

"The incident happened at the security check-in. The woman guard waited for me to cross. She then came and hit me. She started throwing expletives. I asked her why she hit me. She said, 'I support farmers'. I am safe... but my concern is terrorism is rising in Punjab. How do we handle that?" she said in the video

After this incident, former Himachal Chief Minister Jairam Thakur commented, “It is very unfortunate. Nobody has the right to harm anyone. She was heading towards Delhi to attend a party meeting.”
The National Commission for Women also called for “strict action” against CISF Constable Kulwinder Kaur “if allegations are confirmed”.
Himachal Pradesh PWD Minister Vikramaditya Singh, who was contesting the Lok Sabha election against Kangana from Mandi, also made a statement after this incident, “Strict action should be taken against the security personnel. This should not happen to anyone, particularly to a woman who is an elected MP.”
