ABOUT THE CONFERENCE:
Faculty of Law, Kalinga University, Raipur is organizing a Two- Day National Conference on the theme “Recent Trends in Law, Arbitration, Economy and Society” on 28th Feb, 2025 - 1st March, 2025. The Conference aims to bring together scholars, and leading experts from various fields. It is open for participation to Academicians, Researchers, Legal Practitioners and Students and participants are invited to contribute full-length research papers.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
A. Abstract Submission-
A4 sheet in word document
Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 line spacing.
Not more than 300 words with maximum 8 keywords.
Should contain detail- Title of the paper, name, designation,Institute/ College/ University/ Organization, Contact no., E- mail and Address of correspondence of the Author(s).
Name of main author for correspondence in case of more than one.
Confirmation of abstract will be given via email by 10th Jan, 2025.
B. Full Paper Submission:
Word limit- 5000- 6000 (exclusive of footnotes).
Main text- Times New Roman, size 12, 1.5 line spacing.
Footnotes- Times New Roman, size 10, 1.0 line spacing.
1 inch margin on all sides,
Bluebook 20th edition citation
Submission in .docx format
Only original and unpublished work with not more than 10% similarity is allowed.
Co- authorship is permitted to a maximum of two authors.
HOW TO SUBMIT?
Participants will have to fill the registration form after making payment of registration fees.

After the selection of abstract, the submission link for the full paper and payment will be shared.
Participants who want to attend the conference without a paper presentation will also be sent a link.

2. Certificate of Merit to the 3 Best Paper Presentations.
3. The 10 Best Selected Papers will be published in reputed journals (UGC Care Group- 2 or Scopus Indexed).
4. Other Selected Papers will be published in an edited book with ISBN.
