Call for Paper: NUJS Law Review on Election Law, Reform and Administration
ABOUT THE JOURNAL:
The West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences Law Review is a student- run publication which is published quarterly. Since 2008, it has published various issues and provided legal analysis and commentaries. NUJS is now inviting academicians, policymakers, law students, practitioners to submit their articles, notes and book reviews focusing on election law jurisprudence.
DEADLINE:
Papers are selected on a rolling basis and this issue will be published by October 2024.
Papers will be reviewed within 3-4 weeks.
THEME:
Main theme is Election law, Reform and Administration.
May include sub themes relating to political contributions, campaign reform, the model code of conduct, pre-election promises, eligibility to contest, etc.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
Cover letter indicating the name of the author, title of the submission and email address of the author.
Abstract of maximum 200 words.
Word limit for articles is min. 6000 words, note must be of 4000- 6000 words and book reviews must be of 2000- 4000 words.
Citations must follow NUJS Law Review Citation and Style Standard.
Authors must indicate their academic qualifications and the name of the institution they are affiliated to.
Max. 3 co- authors permitted.
FORMATTING GUIDELINES:
Submissions must be in the form of a word file.
Main Text should be in Times New Roman, font size 12 and footnotes with size 10.
1 line gap between all paragraphs and headings.
1 inch indent at the beginning of each para.
All hyperlinks must be in black color and not underlined.
