APCAM International Metaverse Mediation Competition, 2024: Apply by 25th July

ABOUT THE COMPETITION:

APCAM International Metaverse Mediation Competition, 2024 is being organized by Asia Pacific Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (APCAM) on 30th Aug- 31st Aug, 2024. APCAM is an International ADR Center which is formed jointly by 10 international mediation institutes in different countries. This Competition is a great opportunity for students to develop their mediation skills by engaging in simulated mediation sessions and showcase their advocacy skills and strategic thinking. The competition includes participation from various countries thereby promoting cultural diversity and fostering cultural exchange and skill development.

MODE OF COMPETITION:

Virtually via Peacegate Platform (www.peacegate.in)

ELIGIBILITY:

• All the students enrolled in any undergraduate or postgraduate course are eligible to participate in this competition.

• Only one team is allowed per institution.

• The team must be of three members: 2 Negotiators (Negotiating Pair) and 1 Mediator.
  

HOW TO REGISTER?

• All the teams are required to register themselves through moot court society or ADR society of their institution.

• Registration must be done online via google forms after the payment of required registration fees by 25th July.

• Registration fees of USD 75 is charged for international teams.

• The fees of Rs 4500/- is charged for Indian teams.

• Best Mediator: Rs. 7500/-

• Runner-up Mediator: Rs 5000/-

• Best Negotiator Pair: Rs 15000/-

• Runner-up Negotiator Pair: Rs 7500/-
