5th Dr. B.S. Goel Memorial National Moot Court Competition, 2024 by IPEM Law Academy, [ Aug 31, 2024- Sept. 1, 2024]

ABOUT THE COMPETITION:

IPEM Law Academy, Ghaziabad is organizing 5th Dr. B.S. Goel Memorial National Moot Court Competition, 2024 from 31st August to 1st September. The moot problem is based on the Information Technology Act with special attention on the role of intermediaries and constitutional rights. The Competition aims to promote the research skills and enhance critical and analytical thinking of students.

MODE OF COMPETITION:

Hybrid

ELIGIBILITY:

All the undergraduate law students recognized by the Bar Council of India.

HOW TO REGISTER?

• The participating team must comprise two speakers and one researcher.

• Interested candidates are required to apply online via registration forms.

• Registration fee is Rs. 2500/- for each participating team.

IMPORTANT DATES:

• Last date of registration- 20th June, 2024 (11:59 P. M. IST)

• Clarification of Moot Problem: 1st July 2024

• Last Date of Moot Memorial Submission: 15th July 2024

• Date of Competition- 31st August & 01st September, 2024

AWARDS:

• Winning Team- Rs. 20,000/- cash prize along with Certificates.

• Runner-ups Team- Rs. 15,000/- cash prize along with Certificates.

• Best Speaker- Rs. 2500/- cash prize along with Certificates.

• The Best Written Submission (Memorial)- Rs. 5,000/- cash prize along with Certificates.

• The Best Researcher- Rs. 2500/- cash prize along with Certificates.
