About the competition :

IFIM Law School, Bengaluru is organizing the "3rd IFIM National Moot Court Competition, 2024" to provide students with a platform to excel in Competition Law. Anubhuti Mishra's meticulously crafted moot proposition offers a unique opportunity for students to engage with real-world scenarios and hone their legal skills in competition law. The competition is from 26th July to 28th July.

Mode of Competition: Offline

Location: Bengaluru

Eligibility :

• The team members need to be undergraduate students studying law or its equivalent at a recognized University/School/Institution. Moreover, multiple teams from the same University/College are allowed to participate, encouraging wider representation in the event.

• Each Team shall consist of 2 speakers and 1 researcher (Minimum 2 Team Members)

• Date of Release of Proposition: 28.05.2024

• Commencement of Registration: 28.05.2024

• Last Date of Final Registration: 24.06.2024

• Last Date For Seeking Clarifications: 26.06.2024

• Release of Clarifications: 01.07.2024

• Last date for Memorial Submission (Soft Copy): 12.07.2024

• Oral Rounds: 26.07.2024 to 28.07.2024
  

Awards :

• Winning Team: 60,000 INR

• Runners Up Team: 40,000 INR

• Best Speaker- Male: 10,000 INR

• Best Speaker- Female: 10,000 INR

• Best Researcher: 10,000 INR

• Best Memorial- Informant : 10,000 INR

• Best Memorial- Opposite Party: 10,000 INR
  

How to register :

1. Register for the 3rd IFIM National Moot Court Competition, 2024 by filling the Google Form provided.

2. Pay the Registration Fees of INR 5,000/- before 11:59 PM on 24th June 2024.

3. Opt for Early Bird Registration by registering before 11:59 PM on 14th June 2024 with a discounted fee of INR 4,000/-.

4. Teams needing accommodation must pay an additional INR 2,000/-.

5. Early-Bird Registration with accommodation costs INR 6,000/-, while post-Early Bird Registration with accommodation is INR 7,000/-.

6. Payments should be made to the specified Bank Account.
