2nd International Negotiation Mediation Competition, 2024 by SVKM NMIMS School of Law
ABOUT THE COMPETITION:
Kirit P. Mehta School of Law (KPMSOL) of SVKM’s NMIMS is organizing its 2nd Edition of International Negotiation Mediation Competition, 2024. The ADR Committee of KPMOL is organizing this competition after receiving overwhelming response in its 1st Edition of the competition held in 2023. The Competition is to be held in hybrid mode with participation from various countries across the globe.
MODE OF COMPETITION:
The competition will take place in hybrid mode in two parts.
Online mode: 7th- 8th Sept, 2024
Offline Mode: 5th- 6th Oct, 2024
LOCATION:
Mumbai, Maharashtra
ELIGIBILITY:
Students pursuing a three year or a five year undergraduate law degree from any recognized institution in India or abroad are eligible to participate.
HOW TO REGISTER?
The registration process will take place in two parts: registration for online rounds and offline rounds.
Interested teams are required to first complete their provisional registration via Google Forms.

Maximum 2 teams per institution for each segment- Mediation and Negotiation is allowed.
The Mediation Segment must comprise a team of three members and the Negotiation segment must comprise a team of two members.
The registration will be on a first come, first serve basis.
After receiving the confirmation of the slot, teams are required to complete final registration process by payment of required registration fees,
Registration fees for preliminary rounds:
Indian Team- Rs. 2950/-
International Team- USD 75.
Registration process for offline rounds will take place separately.

Commencement of Final Registration: 11th Aug, 2024
Last date of Final Registration: 18th Aug, 2024
Release of General Information: 20th Aug, 2024
Orientation: 6th Sept, 2024
Inaugural Ceremony and Preliminary Rounds: 7th- 8th Sept, 2024
Offline Rounds: 5th- 6th Oct, 2024
